Kapolei Chinese Restaurant

I Ordered 2 fish plates for a party. They combined it in one styrofoam. When I opened it at the party, the serving was so skimpy, I was embarrassed. Dont know if I want to order again. I think they hav a new chef.

Best Chinese in Kapolei. Always nice service and food comes out quick.

This restaurant is under new management and the cook is not as good as before

It used to be good but this is under new owner and new chef. Hubby and I thought we would come here since we haven’t been here in a while. We got the shrimp canton the batter was pretty thick. They made it look big but the shrimp is small. It’s a size 41/50. I always made sure my shrimps are cooked since we had bad experience at other places and the shrimp was raw inside. I got the seafood crispy noodle and I put half on my plate and luckily I did not eat it yet. I noticed there was a worm stuck on my chopsticks. I looked carefully and asked hubby to check and said it was a worm for sure. I called the manager and immediately when I showed him the worm he knew and said it was from the veggies. I guess he had the same issues before. Hubby got the lunch plate and it was awful. He only ate not even 1/5 of the food. We ended up wasting the food and not take any home. It does not have any Chinese flavor at all. We will not come here again.

I read mix reviews about this place and went there expecting the worst. The restaurant was not at all busy when I went. I was greeted and seated right away. Hot tea and water served within seconds. The food came really fast too. Probably less than 5 minutes of wait time. The Yang Chow style fried rice was kind of plain and tasteless. Kungpao chicken was by far the least authentic kungpao chicken i ever had. Worse than Panda Express. The chicken tasted okay, it's just not Kungpao. There's like one red pepper in there, literally one! Other than that, beef broccoli and salt/pepper short ribs were on point. I'd come back just for those ribs. Very delicious! The workers were friendly and very attentive. Water cups were constantly filled. Definitely will come back!

All the items i ordered were as unique as they were delicious fried rice, noodles with tofu, asparagus, spring rolls, etc. Definitely worth a night out if you're in the vicinity

Love this place but beware, its easy to over eat with all this good food!!

It's gotten better over the years. Dinner plate was okay. Wish they had kau yuk.

Food was cold,it took to long for them to bring it out. Poor service,the waiter hung around waiting for a tip. It was a bad experience for me and my wife. No tip given.

Don"t take your family. I took my family to dinner to this place before they go home. It cost me almost $900. However the service was bad, slow and I had to go get them to come refill our water (drinks) and bowls of rice. The food was not good at all, I tasted better chinese food. But the worst thing ever, I tip them $80 because it was not a good service and the head waiter yelled at me and calling me names because he wanted me to tip them $125 dollars. I told him I would happy to pay that if it was a good experience. The whole thing was bad, the head waiter was rude. No ever go there!

Under new management, had a grand re opening last week. The food is awesome. Definitely recommend "Capital Pork" dish and for the apperizer the "Squid green pepper". Their breading and coating is on point you will feel the difference when it hit your mouth. The Best value and taste in Kapolei. Dont be discouraged by the previous reviews and the photos. Try it and here and you wont be disappointed. I have found my new favorite chinese place, right here in my home town.

The service was terrible. It felt like they did not want to serve us and no one was at the restaurant. The food was subpar at best. I will not be dining there again.

Had the wor wonton soup and honey glazed walnut shrimp. Food was fair, service was less than fair.

Avoid this place like the plague. The fried items are overbreaded and the sweet and sour sauce i can’t even begin to describe. Ordered 5 dishes and only the shrimp cashew was good.
